300 ml active aspiration chamber which maintains the drainage pressure constant through to maximum capacity. The chamber is coupled to the 600 ml discharge bag (total capacity 900 ml).
Vacuum is induced instantly through manual compression of the aspiration chamber, previously connected through safety adapter to any drain measure between CH10 and 18.
This is a closed system, thereby eliminating the need for the usual disconnections in the tube coupled to the drain for replacement and/or emptying, as occurs with traditional (open) systems.
It incorporates two anti-return valves, one at the entrance of the aspiration chamber and the other at its exit to the sampling bag, eliminating the risk of retrograde contamination by reflux. These valves also allow for the restoration of vacuum and the simultaneous emptying into the bag with a simple gesture of manual compression of the aspiration chamber.
Each set includes ULMER DRAIN, measurements CH 10 to CH 18, connected to steel TROCARTE. It is endowed with X-ray contrast and is 2.5 times more effective than a conventional Redon drain.
The Unovac is sterilized by means of ethylene oxide and is marked in double package. Mechandised package in paperboard holding 10 units.
